Shipping

The Prettify E-store offers our valued & respectful customers Free Shipping within Canada on all jewelry products.

Dear respected customers, please allow 2-3 days to process and dispatch your order. We use Canada Post for shipping.

Regular mail within Canada is 6-15 business days with no guarantee of the exact date, and out of Canada, we cannot mention time.

Tracking mail within Canada is 3-8 business days with no guarantee of an exact date. Please be sure to track your shipping using your tracking number provided.

OUT OF CANADA DELIVERY

USA: for orders of US $100 & above.
Everywhere for orders of US $300 and above. 

TAXES AND DUTIES

The Prettify E-store does not charge taxes or duties for countries out of Canada. We are not responsible for taxes or duties etc. The customer is responsible for paying all taxes or duties.

RETURN/REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICY

The Prettify E-store Canada believes in honesty is the best policy and trusts our valued and respectful customer honesty. When you are happy, we are delighted. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know openly. We have an easy to return/ exchange policy for your purchase up to 14 days from the date of receipt of your creation. Contact us for a return before sending an item back for a return or refund.We will offer you a full refund within 36 hours of receiving your returned item. If you need to cancel an order, please do so 24 hours after placing the order.

To apply for a total return/refund and exchange, please contact prettify.ca for further instructions. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns. Here are some conditions. Please read carefully.

  • The customer is responsible to only pay for the return shipping cost of the item.
  • The returned item must have an undamaged, unused, original condition with tag and jewelry box. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for all missing items.
  • The prettify does not accept return/refund or exchange without valid proof of purchase.
  • The prettify does not accept clearance sale items with promo codes for return/refund or exchange.
  • The prettify does not accept nose pin, nose ring, earrings for return/refund or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

The prettify values customer satisfaction a lot. After receiving your return/refund or exchange item, our quality team will monitor the product. Any of the above conditions should match. Our quality team will also notify you within 24 hours for approval or rejection of your refund.

The shipping cost is only applicable to very remote areas and Canada’s geographic regions since shipping companies get additional charges to ship these areas. If the extra shipping cost is required for small geographic areas, we will contact you.
